Paintball is a team game that requires quick reactions and strategic thinking. Normally, it is practiced between two teams who compete to achieve a goal that is common.

Paintball is a game full of energy, high speed, with the rush to the surface where they make new friends and teams! The Paintball Games have existed since the middle of 80 years (years 90 ' in Portugal) and have been building a reputation as one of the safest sports. Besides being fun, it's also great for relieving stress.

Turns out to be a sophisticated version of "cops and robbers"; "cowboys and Indians". Although there are different formats of games, the most widely publicized is the hunting to the flag. Normally the game is played with a group of 5 to 10 players, divided into 2 teams and where the aim is to capture a flag of the opposing team, while at the same time protect our, or eliminate altogether the opposing players. During this process, try to keep the opponents from shooting game with a special marker CO2 or compressed air, small balls of paint. Whether you win or lose, you have fun!
